The 1993 Survey of Training and Education CURF consists of unidentified statistical records containing data from the 1993 Survey of Training and Education. The Confidentialised Unit Record File from the 1993 Survey of Training and Education contains 20, 889 person records from respondents throughout Australia in scope for the training or education components of the survey. All of the classifications, and most of the classificatory detail, available from the 1993 Survey of Training and Education are available on the Confidentialised Unit Record File, though some fields, such as birthplace, industry, and occupation, are collapsed to less detailed levels. Geographic information has been modified, with Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory collapsed into one category. Three data items were deleted: Region of usual residence, Whether had a disability, and Whether of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin.
