Education and Training Survey, 2005, Basic and Expanded
 

The 2005 Survey of Education and Training CURFs contain unidentified individual statistical records with information 27,577 persons, including geographic; socio-demographic (such as age, birthplace, household income, access to a computer and the Internet at home); employment characteristics (such as current employment details and details about main period employer in the last 12 months); educational qualifications obtained (details on up to four educational qualifications); recent study; details of work-related training courses completed (details on up to four training courses completed); and access to education and training.

Two CURFs are available from the 2005 Survey of Education and Training:

  • BASIC - this CURF contains a basic set of data items at a reduced level of detail. It is available to access on CD-ROM or via the ABS Remote Access Data Laboratory (RADL).
  • EXPANDED - this CURF contains an expanded set of data items at a more detailed level than the Basic CURF, and can be accessible only through the RADL.
