• Stable Foreperson

• Supervises horse farm or stable activities, including feeding, exercising, grooming and readying of horses for work, sport or recreational activities
• Oversees the rearing of young horses, including the wellbeing of broodmares, foals, weanlings and yearlings
• Supervises Stablehands, overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of stables and horse equipment
• Supervises the assembly, preparation and storing of feed, bedding and horse equipment
• Prepares and attends to horses for transportation to race days and other sports and recreational activities
• May train new Stablehands
