Main tasks
- Plans and organises swimming training sessions
- Provides instruction on swimming techniques and skills, monitors progress, and adjusts training programs to improve performance
- Develops individualised training programs based on skill levels and goals
- Demonstrates techniques and corrects form
- Ensures participant safety during sessions
- May coordinate and supervise swimming competitions
- Keeps records of progress and achievements
