Main tasks
- Assesses participants' riding abilities and develops individualised training programs
- Selects and prepares suitable horses based on competencies of participants
- Teaches participants proper riding techniques through demonstration and explanation of horse riding skills
- Monitors participants' progress, and provides feedback and guidance for improvement, keeping a record of participants' progress
- Ensures safety of participants during horse riding activities
- Assists participants in grooming, saddling, and caring for horses
- Organises and supervises horse riding competitions and events
