Main tasks

  • Diagnoses and repairs faults in lift motors, brakes, switches, and electrical and electronic control systems
  • Performs routine maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators
  • Replaces worn or faulty parts in lift equipment
  • Responds to emergency call-outs to repair lift equipment
