MV1D Household One Year Mobility Indicator

Icon - DwellingsThis derived variable shows the movement of households. It compares the usual address of household members on Census night 9 August 2016 with their usual address one year earlier i.e. 9 August 2015. It indicates for households, if members have a different usual residential address on Census night than one year ago. Persons temporarily absent, visitors, and households containing only visitors, are excluded.
Applicable to:Family, group, lone person households
Categories:1All residents in the household aged one year and over had a different address one year ago
2Some residents in the household aged one year and over had a different address one year ago
3No residents in the household aged one year and over had a different address one year ago

Number of categories: 5
'Not stated' includes households in which one or more residents did not state their usual residence one year ago.
