The current implementation of the Analysis Service supports the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 9
  • Mozilla Firefox 13

Other browsers may be suitable; however, they have not been extensively tested and may have display or performance issues. Please note that the Analysis Service has not been designed to work with multiple browser windows open and users might experience incorrect results if they do choose to use multiple windows.

In Internet Explorer it is advisable to turn off the compatibility settings, to prevent lines of text on the web page being obscured. To do this complete the following steps.
  1. Press Alt+T
  2. Open the Tools Menu in the top left hand corner of Internet Explorer

  3. Choose the "Compatibility View Settings" option. This will open the following box:

  4. Ensure that the 'Display all websites in Compatibility View' option is unchecked as shown below:
