The gross value of cattle and calves slaughtered decreased 2.5% to $3.2 billion.
The gross value of sheep and lambs slaughtered decreased 18.5% to $956.6 million.
The gross value of pigs slaughtered decreased 1.5% to $432.7 million.
The gross value of poultry slaughtered increased 5.7% to $999.6 million.
