The gross value of cattle and calves slaughtered decreased 4.4% to $3.3 billion.
The gross value of sheep and lambs slaughtered increased 1.9% to $1.2 billion.
The gross value of pigs slaughtered increased 4.6% to $439 million.
The gross value of poultry slaughtered increased 3.9% to $946 million.
