In the 2011 Census, there were 2,880 people in Page of these 45.5% were male and 54.5% were female. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people made up 1.2% of the population.

The median age of people in Page was 38 years. Children aged 0 - 14 years made up 15.7% of the population and people aged 65 years and over made up 24.8% of the population.
