Much information about Australia's foreign and trade policy can be accessed through the DFAT web site, http://www.dfat.gov.au. The department also produces hard copy publications on many foreign and trade policy issues, which are available from the department (Telephone: Canberra 02 6261 1111) or from Commonwealth government bookshops. The web site contains a browsable list of topic categories, as well as a continually updated current issues list. Documents of interest can be found on the web site by using its search facility.
