  • In 2010-11, the total value of production of wool rose by 39% to $2.7 billion, due to increased prices.
  • The value of milk increased by 17% to $3.9 billion, also due to increased prices.
  • In 2010-11, an increase in average prices and a rise in production resulted in a 34% increase in the value of eggs, to $572.2 million.
