CONSTRUCTION In the year ended April 2008, the largest increase in dwelling units approved in South Australia was recorded for the Eyre Statistical Division (SD) (32.1%). This follows a 34.1% fall in the number of dwelling units approved in the Eyre SD in the year ending April 2007. The Murray Lands SD recorded the largest decrease in dwelling units approved in the year ended April 2008 (down 35.5%), although a 49.6% increase was recorded in the year ended April 2007.
