FINALISATION METHOD

In the Higher Courts, 89% (672) of the 756 defendants were proven guilty (Table 2.1). The proportion of defendants proven guilty within the combined Magistrates' and Children's Courts was 70% (7,049), and a further 19% (1,903) were withdrawn by the prosecution (Table 2.12).
