This group has four objectives:

930403 School/Institution Policies and Development
930499 School/Institution not elsewhere classified
Exclusions:
a) Improvement of learning outcomes of individual learners is included in Group 9301 Learner and Learning.
b) Improvement of teaching and instruction techniques is included in Group 9302 Teaching and Instruction.
c) Curriculum improvement is included in Group 9303 Curriculum.
d) Improvement of education and training systems is included in Group 9305 Education and Training Systems.
e) Development of school or educational institutional environments conducive to the education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, Maori, Pacific Peoples, learners of specific genders, gifted learners or disabled learners are included in Group 9399 Other Education and Training.
