This group has four objectives:

Exclusions:
a) Improvement of learning outcomes of individual learners is included in Group 9301 Learner and Learning.
b) Improvement of teaching and instruction techniques is included in Group 9302 Teaching and Instruction.
c) Curriculum improvement is included in Group 9303 Curriculum.
d) Improvement of school and educational institution learning environments is included in Group 9304 School/Institution.
e) Educational needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, Maori, Pacific Peoples, learners of specific genders, gifted learners and disabled learners are included in Group 9399 Other Education and Training.
