Wheat is grown mainly in the western and north western areas of Victoria, with the greatest production from the Wimmera and Mallee Statistical Divisions (SDs). In 2002-03, production was considerably reduced due to drought conditions (890,200 tonnes). WHEAT FOR GRAIN, Victoria, year ended 30 June
