RECORDED CRIME - OFFENDERS, 2014-15 - TASMANIA TOTAL OFFENDERS In 2014-15, there were 10,793 offenders in Tasmania, which represented an increase of 3% (or 338 offenders) from 2013-14. The (crude) offender rate also increased by 3% from 2,320 in 2013-14 to 2,387 offenders per 100,000 persons aged 10 years and over in 2014-15. SEX Between 2013-14 and 2014-15:
