Release schedule

Results from the 2017-18 National Health Survey (NHS), for the overall Australian population will continue to be released progressively throughout 2018 to 2020. The following table contains details of publications:

National Health Survey: Health Literacy First Results, 2017-18 (cat no. 4364.0.55.014)29 April 2019Presents data on health literacy by population characteristics including age and sex as well as by geography, selected health risk factors and health status. Includes health literacy information and mean scores for nine domains of health literacy. The Health Literacy Survey was conducted in 2018 for the first time as a follow-up survey to the National Health Survey 2017-18.
