HIGH CENSUS NIGHT RATIOS, QUEENSLAND: NORTHERN PENINSULA AREA CENSUS NIGHT AND USUAL RESIDENT POPULATIONS, by Age and Sex, Northern Peninsula Area, 2011
The Census Night ratio of Northern Peninsula Area was 114. The ratios for the different age groups were quite distinct. For children and young adults under 20 years of age the ratio was 98 (meaning in this age group there were fewer people counted on Census Night than the number of usual residents). The Census Night ratio for adults between the ages of 20 and 49 years was 110, and for adults aged 50 years and over it was 168.
