Test File for the BLD CURF
This dataset was created to assist users in writing code for the analysis of the BLD. It provides a sample of 500 units of TEST data for users to test their code prior to using the real dataset in the Remote Access Data Laboratory (RADL).
This file mimics the real CURF file, in terms of data item included, their names, values and formats, plus the relationships between items, but importantly does not contain any genuine records.
The dataset contains all data items that are on the real dataset; as such the same data item list can be referred to when using this test file as well as the BLD CURF file. The only difference will be in the ABSBID item, which appears as TESTIDXXXX on the test file, versus "ABSBIDXXXX" on the real file.
The Test File is provided in an Excel spreadsheet (refer to the Downloads tab). It contains information about the test file, and unlabelled and labelled versions of the data in separate tabs.
The Test File does not contain real data, and cannot be used for analysis.
