(b) Males and females aged 15 years and over, living in low income households in rental stress as a proportion of total population for each sex in the lowest two income quintiles of Equivalised Disposable Household Income (excluding Commonwealth Rent Assistance). (c) Data based on persons in the lowest two quintiles of Equivalised Disposable Household Income (excluding Commonwealth Rent Assistance). (d) In 2012, the ABS took steps to improve the quality of CRA data through modelling based on eligibility criteria. Estimates for 2003-04 to 2009-10 have been recalculated to reflect these changes.
