Collection methodology ATSILS provide an electronic data file quarterly to IRIS. No manipulation of the data is undertaken. The receipt of the ATSILS files is automated however the import into IRIS is a manual process. Note: the data definitions and specifications are currently fixed until the 30 June 2011 and is part of a Departmental review in response to the Shearer Report. Scope / target population All Indigenous Australians serviced by the ATSILS, regardless of gender or age.
