10 ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND ADVERTISING SERVICES


1001 ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

      Includes:

        architectural advisory services;

        architectural services for residential building projects;

        architectural services for non-residential building projects; and

        historical restoration architectural services.


1002 URBAN PLANNING AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
      Includes:

        urban planning services;

        landscape architectural advisory services; and

        landscape architectural services.


1003 INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
      Includes:

        planning and designing of interior spaces to meet the physical, aesthetic and functional needs of people;

        drawing up of designs for interior decorating; and

        interior decorating, including dressing of windows and stalls.


      Excludes:

        interior architectural services, i.e. involving fundamental alteration of rooms in addition to consideration of colour, material or functionality (included in Class 1001).

1004 OTHER SPECIALTY DESIGN SERVICES
      Includes:

        services consisting of creating designs and preparing patterns for a variety of products by harmonising aesthetic considerations with technical and other requirements, such as furniture designs and aesthetic design for various other customer products;

        package design services;

        production of three-dimensional models; and

        graphic design services.


      Excludes:

        design as an integral component of a full advertising service (included in Class 1005).

1005 FULL SERVICE ADVERTISING
      Includes:

        planning, concept development and execution of the full range of services for an advertising campaign including creating the basic idea for an advertisement; writing the words and scenarios for advertisements; selection of media to be used; design of ads, illustrations, posters etc; writing of scenarios for advertising movies; placement of advertisements in media.

      Excludes:

        separate production of films for advertising (included in Class 0405);

        separate photography services relating to advertising (included in Class 0802);

        separate graphic design services for advertising (included in Class 1004);

        separate market research services (out of scope of the classification);

        separate direct marketing or direct mail advertising (out of scope of the classification); and

        separate placement of advertisements in media (out of scope of the classification).
