DATA NOTES

After the 2014 March release, scheduled for 2 May 2014 (updated 16 May 2014), the ABS will cease production of this publication and all associated spreadsheets.

Revisions have been made to the production of pre-mix concrete estimates back to July 2011 accommodating changes in statistical geography and coverage. As a consequence of these revisions estimates of movements between June 2011 and July 2011, or aggregated movements comparing data from before and after the end of the 2010-2011 financial year may not be reliable and should be considered with caution. This issue is discussed in more detail in explanatory notes 4-6.

Quarterly data for March 2014 will be released in Production of Selected Construction Materials (cat. no. 8301.0) on 16 May 2014.

Where figures have been rounded, discrepancies may occur between sums of the component items and totals.
