Census Update is happy to reveal the new logo for the 2001 Census of Population and Housing (see below). The logo will first be used on the census forms during the Dress Rehearsal. The logo will be used extensively throughout the census campaign, from television and newspaper advertising to t-shirts, and on all the products and services produced from the 2001 Census. See the article Countdown to the Main Event for details about the current public relations activities. The revised logo incorporates both the population and housing themes of the census.
