The publication will continue the series on caseflow information on defendants with criminal cases in the Supreme and Intermediate Courts. Data from the last publication release covering the 1996/97 reference period was included for the first time in the recently released 1999 annual COAG Report on Government Services, Steering Committee for the Review of Commonwealth/State Service Provision.
