Outpostings
ABS outposted officers are currently located within the Institute for Child Health Research, Department of Justice and the Fire & Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia. An outposting at the Department of Sport and Recreation has been successfully completed this year.
ABS outposted officers play an important role with regard to increasing the statistical skills of state government staff and improving the amount of relevant data available to users for informed decision making.
