Q448 asked "DO YOU HAVE ANY (OTHER) CONDITIONS THAT HAVE LASTED OR ARE EXPECTED TO LAST FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE, FOR EXAMPLE:" Prompt card 'H' was shown, including: "Behavioural or emotional disorder", among a list of 23 conditions. Q552 asked "...DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CONDITIONS THAT HAVE LASTED OR ARE EXPECTED TO LAST, FOR 6 MONTHS OR MORE. FOR EXAMPLE:" Prompt card '21' was shown with a list of 14 conditions. Among them were: "Behavioural or emotional disorders", "Dependence on drugs or alcohol" "feeling anxious" and "feeling depressed".
