      		"High cholesterol" or "hyperlipidemia" was not asked specifically or prompted for. Respondents did have an opportunity to report the condition in the general long-term conditions question of Q230: "...(DO YOU HAVE) ANY CONDITIONS WHICH ARE UNDER CONTROL BECAUSE YOU ARE HAVING LONG TERM TREATMENT OR TAKING MEDICATION.
      FOR EXAMPLE, NEEDING GLASSES OR HAVING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?"      		Q 444 asked "THE NEXT FEW QUESTIONS ARE ABOUT LONG TERM CONDITIONS. PLEASE INCLUDE ONLY THOSE CONDITIONS THAT HAVE LASTED OR ARE EXPECTED TO LAST FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE.
      DO YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS?"
      The prompt card shown (G) included "High cholesterol" among 13 conditions.      		Q450 asks respondents "..HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TOLD BY A DOCTOR OR NURSE YOU HAVE ANY HEART OR CIRCULATORY CONDITIONS?" as they are shown prompt card 15 which lists 13 conditions including "High cholesterol" Subsequent questions Q453-454 and Q457-458 establish whether the condition is current and long-term.
