It also includes the transmission or delivery of those products. CLASS 261 RADIO SERVICES Definition This class consists of units mainly engaged in radio program production and broadcasting. National broadcasting services, commercial broadcasting services, community broadcasting services, subscription broadcasting services, subscription narrowcasting services and open narrowcasting services are all included. Exclusions / References Units mainly engaged in (a) journalism and news collection are included in Class 211 Primary Literary Creation; and (b) radio announcing are included in Class 225 Other Performing Arts.
