The Community Profile Series contains six separate profiles providing information on key Census characteristics relating to persons, families and dwellings and covering most topics on the Census form. The profiles are excellent tools for researching, planning and analysing small and large geographic areas. They enable comparisons to be made between different geographic areas.
The six profiles for the 2011 Census are the: Basic Community Profile (BCP), Place of Enumeration Profile (PEP), Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples (Indigenous) Profile (IP), Time Series Profile (TSP), Expanded Community Profile (XCP) and the Working Population Profile (WPP).
This is the third release of the Place of Enumeration Profile (PEP). This third release adds 'Remoteness Area' to the available geographies for the PEP. There are no additions to the 44 tables published at second release. The data are based on place of enumeration (the BCP cat no 2001.0 has a similar series of tables based on place of usual residence). This is the final release for the PEP.
