ABOUT THIS PUBLICATION Wheat again experienced the biggest absolute decrease with a fall of 1.1 million tonnes, bringing stocks of wheat down to 6.9 million tonnes. Most of this decrease was caused by a 1 million tonne fall in stocks of 'milling' wheat. The biggest relative decrease was seen in the stocks of oilseeds which fell 22% to 408,000 tonnes. 'Barley for feed' decreased 238,000 tonnes, or 19% - a significant change on both counts.
