- Cattle slaughter and meat production continued to slow in October 2015.
- Calf slaughter and meat production continued to ease in October 2015 reflecting the seasonal nature of this sector of the industry.
- Sheep slaughter has continued to increase in October 2015 following recent low numbers in April 2015.
- Lamb slaughter and meat production increased in October 2015.
- Pig slaughter and meat production rose slightly in October 2015.
