ABOUT THIS RELEASE
The information paper 5253.0 (released on 4 November) provided details of the impact on the national accounts of the implementation of revised international standards contained in the 1993 version of the "System of National Accounts" (SNA93) and of the adoption of annual benchmark estimates obtained from balanced annual supply-use tables.
This addendum to the publication (released on 11 November) will include the June quarter 1998 national accounts estimates compiled on the SNA93 basis and will show the new table formats which will be adopted from the September quarter 1998 issue of 5206.0 onwards. These table formats were also provided in 5253.0.
