3 For the "Oil and Gas Extraction" and "Pipeline Transport" industry classes, only those businesses whose predominant activity was natural gas related were included in the sample survey coverage. 4 The data source used to produce the alternative view estimates was Australian Industry, 2007-08 (cat. no. 8155.0)(see both the publication, and the attached data cubes, which contain the data from the 2007-08 Energy Supply Survey). 5 For information on scope and coverage, survey sample details, statistical units used, reference period and data reliability, please see the Explanatory notes of Australian Industry, 2007-08 (cat. no. 8155.0).
