LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS WITH ACTIVITIES AND TASKS


To identify whether a person has a particular type of limitation or restriction, the SDAC collects information on the need for assistance, difficulty experienced, or use of aids or equipment to perform selected tasks. The following table shows the tasks associated with each type of limitation or restriction.
