AUSTRALIAN POPULATION ASSOCIATION 16th BIENNIAL CONFERENCE
The 16th Biennial Australian Population Association (APA) Conference will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Wharf, 5 – 7 December 2012. This important event is the primary meeting place for leading Australian population researchers and policy makers. Featured speakers include Bob Birrell, Peter Burn, Patrick Corr, Graeme Hugo, Natalie Jackson, Janet McCalman, Peter McDonald and Fiona McKenzie. Approximately two hundred delegates from Australia and overseas are expected to attend. The APA Conference offers the opportunity to debate and discuss the full range of demographic issues facing Australian governments and society.
