NAME OF ORGANISATION The Award Coverage (6315.0) publication is based on data of the award coverage of employees, obtained from the 1990 Survey of Employee Earnings and Hours (EEH). The survey (EEH) was designed primarily to provide statistics on the distribution and composition of weekly earnings and hours of employees. The information in the Award Coverage publication is based on responses to an additional question on award coverage. All wage and salary earners in scope for the Survey of Employee Earnings and Hours Conceptual framework The information contained in the publication is based on responses to a question in the survey which asked if employees were covered by an award, determination, or collective agreement, and is cross-classified by other data items obtained from the survey.
