The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.5% in March and has fallen for 6 months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 1.5% in March and has fallen for 17 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.8% in March and has fallen for 27 months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 1.7% in March and has risen for 5 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.9% in March and has risen for 7 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 1.3% in March and has risen for 4 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.5% in March and has fallen for 10 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.6% in March and has risen for 3 months.
