ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions rose 0.9% and is showing rises for the last eight months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building rose 0.3% and has risen for the last five months.
