DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 0.1% in November 2010 and has fallen for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.5% and has risen for two months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 0.1% in November after rising in the five previous months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.4% and is now showing falls for 11 months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 0.1% in November and has fallen for nine consecutive months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.5% and has fallen for 11 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 5.4% in November and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.7% and has fallen for nine months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.3% in November and is now showing rises for three months.
