DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 4.3% in November and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.0% in November and has fallen for seven months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 2.5% in November and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.6% in November and has fallen for eight months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 3.9% in November and has fallen for 11 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.3% in November and has risen for three months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 1.1% in November and has fallen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.4% in November and has fallen for seven months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.9% in November and has risen for three months.
