1/02/2011 This quarter a minor change in presentation has been implemented for the Table 7 and 8 Median Price (unstratified) and Number of Established House Transfers spreadsheet. The table continues to present the two series up to the benchmark quarter, however it will no longer present blank rows for the two most recent quarters.

6/11/2012 This quarter there is a minor change to the name of one of the series in the Tables 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. House Price and Selected Housing Indexes, Index Numbers and Percentage Changes spreadsheet. Materials used in house building is now named Input to the House construction industry. For further details, please see paragraph 29 of the Explanatory Notes.
