ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions rose 0.2% in May and has risen for five months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 4.2% in May and is now showing falls for 11 months.
