ABOUT THIS RELEASE
Presents final results, in respect of the 2000-01 financial year, from a survey of businesses involved in a range of sports industries. This is the second ABS survey of sports industries, with the previous collection being conducted in respect of the 1994-95 financial year. Information presented includes the income, expenses and employment of organisations involved in horse and dog racing, health/fitness centres and gymnasia, sporting venues, administration organisations, and sporting clubs and teams.
