This report presents an overview of financial data for selected non-Bank financial institutions for the financial year to 30 June 2000. The report includes income and expenditure data for Money Market Corporations, Finance Companies and General Financiers (registered with the Reserve Bank of Australia under categories D, F and G of the Financial Corporations Act (1974)); assets and liabilities, as well as income and expenditure data for Permanent Building Societies and Credit Cooperatives (provided by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority); and similar data for Cooperative Housing Societies (provided by the relevant State regulatory bodies).
