DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 1.3% in November and has risen for 22 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.7% in November and has risen for 20 months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 3.7% in November and has risen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.4% in November and has risen for five months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 4.9% in November and has risen for 23 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.3% in November and has risen for 10 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 4.0% in November and has risen for 17 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.7% in November and has risen for 10 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 0.6% in November and has risen for 22 months.
