The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.0% in November and has risen for the last four months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 0.3% in November and has risen for the last ten months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.7% in November and has risen for the last nine months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 1.1% and has been rising for the last 24 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.6% in November and is showing rises for 25 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 5.0% in November and has risen for the last six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.5% in November and has risen for the last 18 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.5% in November and is now showing rises for the last three months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.5% in November and is now showing rises for the last three months.
